I got the exact same problem but different game and i can't find a fix anywhere

I uninstalled Action!, deleted output folder, cleaned registry, doublechecked there is no action folder on disk and then installed Action! ver 1.22.1.0 again. It still keeps crashing. I've got a similar problem here but it's not Action that's crashing it's my game and i done all the steps you said ...
