Sorry if I'm breaking any rules, double posting, but I've figured out the solution. If anybody else has this problem, changing my Hz in Realtek, to the Default Setting (24 Bits 48000 Hz) fixes it. For some reason, I can't do 24 Bits 192000 Hz, but it's whatever. I'm just happy that I got it figured ...
