Wait! I found out a much better way to fix this CPU issue... I bumped my allocated ram back up to 3gb but while recording i could get up to over 1000 fps which stresses cpu usage. While recording if I limit my fps to 100 the cpu usage plummets and the problem is solved.
FIXED with the help of the support team I have fixed my issue! My CPU Usage was very high and this was caused by me allocating 3gb of ram to minecraft when I only have 5 in total. I changed it to 2gb of ram and it reduced the CPU Usage and in turn made my videos smoother!
