It still won't upload

Doesn't work. Now I don't even HAVE Action!

I recently went up to Windows 10, and recorded and uploaded on it. but was always unstable uploading, often losing connection to remote server or some other issue. now is unable to upload entirely as it always says Action! stopped working. I looked thru many other people's issues, but I never found ...
