Well your original video quality is 720p if you render it in 1080p sony vegas will like you said mek the worst quality because the the original video is 720p and you wish to render it in 1080p it has to make more pixels and the video bigger.And by doing that the qualitiy gets messed up.It's like try...

I need help!

I try to record videos in 720p and 60fps with a facecam.But whenewer I finish the recording it says the video is in 30fps I tried re installing action and it didn't help.I can't figure out what the problem is.If anyone could answer that'd be great!
