I have something similar with Power Director 13 and now 14. Its plays for a short period and stops......have tried lots of things and in the end am saving them as mp4's and that worked.....

Not sure if its an ACTION problem or a Cyberlink problem.......

well changed it to Mp4 (nvidia one ) with wav and today it works........

Using win10 pro and I have used ACTION for a few years in to iracing video capture. Now in windows 10 the video works fine but the sound just splutters, imagine an engine spluttering and you have the sound. I was using the insider editions so decided to go back and install win10 pro from the start ....
