Hello.

I have ACTION and when I first downloaded it, it was awesome. Then a day later, I accidentally changed the file format to MP4 and now it's stuck at it. Every time I change it to AVI, it still records as MP4 and is laggy/bad quality. Please tell me if you have any tips/suggestions.
