I do not have this enabled. Enabling this option has no effect....My raise/focus behaviour for application windows is still abnormal.

When I open the Action! video player to watch recorded videos, it changes the raise and focus behavior of application windows. The player itself never raises to the front when focused (alt + tab to the player for example). It always sits behind game or browser windows, if it was minimized previously...
