My issue im having is before I updated action, I could just drag my video files into Sony Vegas and both audio tracks would be there. Now, neither of the audio tracks will show uip, and my only option would be to export the video twice, which not only takes a long time, but re-rendering in MP4 ruins...

I use Sony Vegas 12 for my video editing. When I drag my videos into sony vegas, they dont have any audio or audio track. Only way I can fix it is if I export the video, thus compressing it into mp4.
