Try recording in 30 fps and see if the same problem occurs.

In the main tab make sure that Primary Sound Device is enabled and set to System default

This probably means that Action! is not being closed properly.

Try new version of Action!, we made some changes for HDR.

You can record microphone into separate audio track, it is an option in Microphone settings.
You can also record separate audio file.

This problem has been fixed with version 4.47.0

You can try adding this game to exclusions in Action! and record it using Screen recording mode.

In your case Action! captures the picture of a game before filters are added. You can try using Screen recording mode or Window recording mode.
