I don't think you would want to listengame audio on your PC anyway, because it would be delayed compared to a realtime gameplay, that is how capture cards work.

Check if hardware acceleration is available. If you record in MP4 without hardware acceleration then you won't get much out of it.
If hardware acceleration in not available then it is better to record in AVI.
Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
