I've the exact same problem. And yes, the games I record are mostly DirectX, but this 'glitch' only appears using 'Active Screen Record' (So... the desktop). Is Google Chrome DirectX/OpenGL as well?

I hope there is a fix for this, because it is somewhat annoying. Thanks in advance.
