When I try to look at the video I just recorded, it says it failed to open the input file on both the Action program AND when I try to play it in the output folder in my Library

When I record, it auto-stops recording after a few minutes because it stops responding

Whenever I click something on the application, I fear it'll crash because it actually does 1 out of 3 times

Is there any way to solve this?

I just bought the software and am attempting to test stream with it, but the tutorial on the Mirillis website has a layout that's nothing like the one on my software.
