What about stretched resolution? I don't have 1920x1080 screen and i play csgo in 4:3 stretched (1400x1050) and i'd be happy if you could stretch any resolution in action

So... I use a program to remove noise from my microphone in real time and it sets 40ms output delay. How can i set delay for video in action? Yeah i know i can use editing program to remove mic delay but what about streaming or uploading raw footage?
