The problem occurs on all three settings.
I've also tried different output profiles, sadly that didn't change anything either.

Any other suggestions?

Today I installed the Action! trial after a friend recommended it to me. The program works great, nice gui, causes low amounts or no lag and a clear recorded video. However when i try to export a video it all goes wrong.. The exported video stutters heavily making it impossible to recognize anything...
