Apparently, in the newer versions, you cannot record in AVI. Can someone assist me?

Action not game recording in AVI
Apparently, in my Mirillis Action latest version, I cannot record my games in AVI. As shown below, the AVI option is inactive in game mode but active in screen recording mode. What could be the issue?
