I have downgraded the ATI driver (May 2017) to an older one (April 25th,
2014), and it works at 1680 resolution, but my screen is 1920 resolution.
Can you help me?

I have tested MP4 on Windows 8.1. ATI Driver update, Action works in screen mode, but it does not work in game mode.

I have checked all your questions. On Windows 10 all works fine. On Windows 8.1 AVI also works fine, but MP4 only works when disabling the hardware acceleration. No matter the resolution, no matter the fps, the AMD AMF just does not work.
I have a ATI Radeon HD 7970
