I had this problem. Then i went to SECONDARY SOUND DEVICE (Microphone) and make sure I select "Realtek Hi Def Audio". In other words I had to make sure that my secondary audio was set to the system audio card as opposed to any other audio I had connected to my system (like bluetooth stuff). Once I d...
