Re: Judder/Stutter When Capturing from 4K60 Pro Mk. 2

Hi, After a bit of doing some HDR streaming and recording of PC games for the last few months, which have been as smooth as ever, I tried again to see if any recent updates solved my console recording issue. My problem still remains in all footage streamed or recorded through Action via my Elgato 4K...

Judder/Stutter When Capturing from 4K60 Pro Mk. 2

Hi, I've been trying to do some console capture and I have noticed an issue with a persistent stutter throughout my captures through my 4K60 Pro Mk. 2. Especially noticeable with the environments when the camera is moving around the character. The same stutter isn't on my OBS or Elgato recordings. T...

Re: Elgato 4K60Pro is not being detected as "System Sounds"

Hi Racket, Sorry for a little late reply but last month was crazy in terms of new features. We also are working hard on Action 5 but we will release one more version (4.19.0) with real time monitoring for audio sources + the possibility to output the sound from Kernel Streaming sources to default p...

Re: Elgato 4K60Pro is not being detected as "System Sounds"

FINAL SOLUTION: Missing audio devices will be added as "virtual audio devices" on the list of System Sound devices: HW AUDIO OUTPUTS (first) 1. Realtek Digital Output 2. Another device... VIRTUAL AUDIO SOURCE: 3. Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 Audio 4. Another virtual device... And rest of the list wil...

Re: Elgato 4K60Pro is not being detected as "System Sounds"

UPDATE: Strange thing we have noticed. Elgato HD 60S device (an older device) creates an audio capture device that is visible in the system. 4K60 Pro MK.2 does not. It only creates a filter that is a Kernel Streaming Proxy. No idea why they did it this way because audio is not easily accessible by ...

Re: Elgato 4K60Pro is not being detected as "System Sounds"

Hi guys, do you see the Elgato 4K60 Pro Mk.2 audio device on the Audio device list (Primary Audio Device)??? When we select it we capture audio only from the capture card. Also from the latest 4K Capture Utility version Elgato fixed the HDR capture problem so it now works both in SDR and HDR. It wo...
