Sounds like a DPI scaling issue with the new 4K setup. Try lowering Windows scaling from 200% to 100%/150% and test again. Also update GPU drivers and disable overlays like GeForce Experience or RTSS — the invisible menus and crashes seem more like a UI compatibility problem than hardware-related.
