I have the same problem, new version, no hardware acceleration yet, in GeForce Gt220.

on my system WinXP SP3, nvidia GT240 checkbox "Use hardware acceleration" is grayed with all drivers later then 266.58. there is no video acceleration for GeForce GT220 ? i've tried with windows XP and 7 , with the latest Nvidia drivers, and also older drivers.
