This player is outstanding! It plays all my videos at full frame rates with subtitles and with less cpu load than any other player! Windows7 - 64bit, Intel I7 cpu.

Please explain the purpose of the "force video overlay" option.

I have new ASUS 1201HA netbook with XP Home and GMA500. Splash lite 1.2 fails ("has encountered a problem")when I open any mp4 file, however PowerDVD9 plays them fine with full DXVA acceleration (CPU 25%). Can this be fixed?
