I have the AMD Radeon HD 6900 Video Card and the Driver Version is 8.982.0.0.

As an update I checked online and I noticed a driver update for my video card. After I updated and installed the new drivers I don't have any more Distortion when using "Splash Pro". All is good now .

Anyone have any update or fix for this issue? I can't remove my ATI video Card because I have an apple monitor and it uses a Mini Display Port which my Video Card has. I don't have another monitor to test.

I have Windows 7 64 bit on my older PC (3 years old) and don't have this issue on any movies that I play.
