Crashed under the restricted user (AD)
It crashed at startup every time after the install in Active Directory environment. Running the standart restricted user's account with "run as Administrator" option (and why it need that?). But it's done if Action run under the logged domain Administrator, no crashes at all. W7 x64 Pro (W2008 AD). ...
