Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, I have admin rights. Both are my personal laptops. The initialization error occurs on the standard accounts. Splash Lite v 1.8 was first installed on the admin accounts and works fine on both! Please explain/amplify your question.

Can't get to work for more than one user account

Splash Lite v1.8 seems to work for only one user account under Windows. I have two laptops, one running Vista HomeP 32 bit and the other Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Splash Lite v1.8 was installed successfully on both platforms under the admin user account. I then switched users and installed it "successfully"...

Downloaded Splash Lite 1.8.0.0 Installer from Mirillis. Have two laptops: Acer running Windows Vista SP2 and Thinkpad running Windows 7 SP1.
