He's most likely talking about injection methods that use that .dll specifically. Methods like ENB or SMAA/FXAA and that sort of stuff, make Action unhappy often especially SMAA.

This did not solve my issue with the webcam not displaying on the file recorded video, it's a weird either way since perfect video match is only supposed to be used for recording pre-recorded videos like web videos, not games or desktop.
