I emailed your support team, sent them my DxDiag, and haven't heard back from them. The video file was far too large to send, and it would crash whatever video editor I loaded it into, so I couldn't edit the length.

I do. I recorded a 30 minute test video right before I recorded the video in question. It was fine. In my opinion, the issue happened during rendering. Somehow the video became corrupted.

I just sat, recording for 30 minutes. I make first impression game videos on youtube. While I was recording, I would glance down at my indicator on screen to make sure everything was working. Still having issues beyond my understanding.

I have a pretty beefy computer. 8GB of RAM, core i7, AMD R9 280X...and even though I set my settings to 1080p, 60fps, it struggles to hold on to 30fps. I play the game off of a SSD, and I record onto a HDD. This seems to happen the worst when I have AMD APP on.
