Frame Skipping

When I record at 30 fps the playback video does not skip. But if I choose to record at 60 fps the playback video skips like 1 second of video every 2-3 seconds.

HUD Recording

When I record a video, the HUD box that says 60 appears in the playback video even though I have it set to not record the HUD box and I do not see the HUD box while recording.
