Re: Encoding 2560x1080 (ultrawide 1080p)

Right, it can record 2560x1080 just fine when set to Original, but every option for encoding/exporting the video resizes it to 1920x810 at most.

Exporting (Encoding) 2560x1080 (ultrawide 1080p) video

Is there any way to set it to encode at that ultrawide 1080p resolution?

No matter what option I pick it seems to encode at only 1920x810 ....

Re: Recording in 100fps

Not as far as I can tell. If you're recording games then MSI Afterburner can record at 100fps and it's free.

Re: Сodec capture to YouTube

If Youtube is giving you trouble when you upload MP4 files you joined then copied to a new file with AVI Demux, try re-encoding only the audio (choose AAC instead of Copy) - this is still much faster than re-encoding the video as well.

Re: slight micro-stutter / judder @ 30 fps recording

Now that VirtuMVP works, you should try version 2.1.224 again - the more up to date the driver is, the better i think. When i tried VirtuMVP the first time, i installed an old version and my experience was the same as you, it didn't run very well. But then i installed 2.1.224 which worked much bett...

Re: video Quality

No matter what quality setting I choose, it always creates roughly 20mbps~ quality video, I cannot make it go higher or lower by choosing high or low quality. I am using Intel Quicksync.

Re: slight micro-stutter / judder @ 30 fps recording

Thank you very much! I did not understand what you meant by "Green Edition" at first but I downloaded the software from your link and noticed it was an earlier version and when I ran it, it said "GREEN" on the title screen. It made sense then. But it still wasn't "License Activated" and said I had o...

Re: Сodec capture to YouTube

1. This codec (mp4) is not supported by VirtualDub. 2. This quality (YouTube HD) blurs the image a little - a loss of quality. 3. On the export process takes longer. 1. Use AVIDemux instead, it's interface is nearly the same as VirtualDub but it can handle all video formats http://fixounet.free.fr/...

Re: slight micro-stutter / judder @ 30 fps recording

Well that's weird... 1) My motherboard does say it supports Virtu - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3855#ov 2) My motherboard is not mentioned on the page you linked - - but it is on this page - So ummm... what's the difference between Virtu and VirtuMVP then? Are they 2 diffe...

Re: slight micro-stutter / judder @ 30 fps recording

But most importantly they don't FEEL stuttery/laggy when playing/recording, so far, and I think that is the important part. Thank you very much! nice to hear - in my experience, turning VSYNC OFF in games, and setting the Thread priority to low in Windows, helps the last bit. Questions: 1) Now Aero...
