I have children on my Windows 8 machine that want to use Action!. But I don't want them to be administrators.

Is there a way to make it so that Action! can be used by non-administrators without having to be prompted for admin password and without removing UAC?

What are the instructions if I have two displays (1 and 2), where display 1 is my main desktop space and display 2 is my scratch area, for recording off display 2?
