I've been doing some tests with the new version 1.14 and the stuttering behavior changed. In this new version, it stutters all the time when I record a game that's running in full screen (dx/opengl mode). It doesn't matter what the settings are. I'm using AVI format.
Sadly I cannot use Intel Quick Sync in my laptop.
The built in Intel GPU is invisible from my OS.
I can only choose between MP4 and AVI.
I tried that Virtu thing but it doesn't work on my laptop.
Says I don't have an Intel GPU that supports it.
