I have installed Action! but when I start it (I also tried to start it as an administrator) simply does not start. Sometimes i see the screen of the program for a second but then it disappears. In the Task Manager there are these processes active: Action.exe * 32, * 32 Action_x64.bin and Action_x86....

I have the same problem! I can't run Action! If I try, it appears for 1 second and then disappears. In the Task Manager there are theese processes Action.exe *32
Action_x64.bin
Action_x86.bin *32
But they disappear with the program.
