I recently became aware of the Export function in action! which is also basically a video converter.

njdom24 Are you recording in MP4 without Intel Quick Sync or MP4 with (Intel Quick Sync)?

Because I found that without Intel Quick Sync I can only record at 720 at 30 fps on BF3 even when I set it to 60. and with Intel Quick Sync I have no problem.

I'm having the same problem, could you please tell me how you fixed your mouse problem?

Update: NVM I found out it how.

When installing the intel HD drivers it crashed nvidia control panel so I had to reinstall my nvidia drivers on top as a clean install. After that everything worked fine for me.
