did you export the file into mp4 first? You do this by right clicking the video thumbnail in action and selecting export

Im pretty sure you need to export the files first by right clicking the thumbnail of your videos in your main action! interface.

If you guys find a solution can you post it here? Sadly that was also a very temporary fix for me too. :/
