i reformat my pc to windows 7 and need my serial

i sent an e-mail to retieve my serial but i still don't have any answers

can you help me with this?

well i just reformat my pc back to windows 7 Pro, i'll try if its still happening

but need to retrieve my serial first for my Action! Recorder

i have a problem with Action! game recorder. at first everything runs very well but since yesterday it always crashes,

i have Intel Core i5, Integrated Graphics, 8gb RAM and Windows 8 Pro OS

can anyone help me with this?
