My problem is not alway occurring. But sometimes after the recording Action! did something wrong in saving I think. Because the file has for example 13gb but it can not be opened. SO I recorded 20 minutes for nothing.
Is there a fix for this? Has somebody also this issue?

Why can I do not record in MP4 original or 1080p? It says I need Intel® Quick Sync Video Technology. This comes with Intel Core i3 -i7 right?
So I have an i7 but I still can not record in mp4 1080p or Original. Do I have to do other things to record in this format?
