this one is GPU accelerated just fine on my system (splash lite 1.2)
you can do all that (& more) via nvidia control panel (contrast / brightness / dynamic range / dynamic contrast enhancement / color enhancement / edge enhancement / noise reduction, etc.)
nevertheless built-in filters in splash are always welcomed...
