It looks like it is a storage/disk drive issue. If I write to another physical disk I don't have that issue but it is strange that i don't have any issue with this disk with normal use and that this freeze is also when it is highly compressed (low disk usage)

I installed the latest video card drivers but still the same issue. Game just freezes for several seconds.
