I will have a look tonight as well as checking on the priority of Action. I'll also try recording at 720p instead of 1080p if it is a CPU issue.

I have exactly the same issue. Did you ever work out how to fix this?

My recordings always seem to be around 4.8gb or 4 mins. Like you, they appear to record for any length of time and it is only when you look at the completed file you can see the error.

I have the same problem (and a search of the forums revelas amny other have this as well).

It looks like it is recording for teh whole time, but only records around 4.8gb (approx 4 mins at my settings).
