Silly me, I noticed when I export from Action! itself, it automatically converts the file to mp4 from avi. Any way to prevent this?

Hello, I've been using Mirillis' Capture Software, Action!, for a while, and I have a question about exporting files. Is there a way to export in 60fps? My recordings are in 60 fps, but when I export, sometimes they will be in 60fps, but most of the time they are in 30fps, and I can't figure out why...
