Ok, after some trial and error, I have found a fix for the sound issues after exporting and putting the exported file into WMM. Instead of exporting the file, put the AVI file straight into WMM and there should not be any desync with the audio. If you have recorded mic into seperate audio track, jus...

Ok i did another recording last night (Wolfenstein New Order) and everything came out fantastic, except when I put it into Windows Movie Maker. Just at work at the moment, I shall record something tonight, give the export another try and see if i get the same issues, if so i shall upload it so you can see it.

What are the best export settings? Just might be that I havent selected the correct settings.

I have tried it with and without, didnt notice too much of a difference but still had the same issues. I left it unselected
