Another question, If i reformat my computer which has action on it, and then put it back onto it with the same code, will it become blacklisted?

This is because of the fact that I want to reformat my computer because it is running very slow.

I have registered Mirillis Action on my PC, but if I put it onto my laptop which is better than my PC, will the code become blacklisted, or will it say its in use?
