It seems to be that desktop and area recording are broken

Im trying to record and it records but when i stop recording the recorded video doesnt show up in the gui
Also i do have a licence and im using windows 7

Mirilllis action not working

when i open mirillis action after 3 seconds windows pops up saying the the program has stopped working

using a Asus notebook x55u with windows8
