same problem and i tried in safe mode I have the same issue, tried safe mode too. It was working fine, but suddently it started to logout after starting Action, here in Windows 10 X64 doesn't get stuck for 5 seconds, it instantly logout. Windows 10 is in technical support and it's currently not off...

Does the same issue occurs when you record into 360p quality? I didn't tested yet, I'll test, but recording into 360p quality is out of question for me.
