Okay yep definitely an issue with BattlEye.
In Steam if I launch Arma2 OA without BattlEye, Action! window displays. If I launch it with BattlEye it's doesn't.

So we know the problem...now we just need to wait for a fix.

I can confirm issue with Action trying to record in Arma2 Operation Arrow Head, has suddenly stopped working. Yet in Arma2 it still works!?
