I tried with perfect match mode both on and off, and I the mouse cursor needs to be ON for the webcam to work?

OK so I've been using Action! for a while now and I love it!...but at first, my webcam light would go on (when wanting to record webcam) for both mp4 and avi, but the actual little window would only show up for mp4.
