Re: [RESOLVED]Action! 1.8 Audio Issue with Sony Vegas

Well, I just updated my workaround. I load AVI file into XviD4PSP 5 and set both video and audio streams to "COPY" to create (remux) to new AVI file without re-encoding at all. And it loads in Vegas.

Re: Action! 1.8 issue with Vegas 10

Thanks Watchman.

Yes, it was set to record multichannel audio under video settings. I unchecked that and Vegas recognized stereo audio track in AVI file. But as I said in my previous post I found work around for multichannel audio track. XviD4PSP 5 to the rescue!

Re: Action! 1.8 issue with Vegas 10

Dahnark, I found work around until Mirillis fixes the issue with audio track in AVI file. I load captured AVI file into XviD4PSP 5, set video to copy, and audio to PCM re-encoding. This way I get new AVI file with original captured video quality and proper audio track and can load it into Vegas for ...

[RESOLVED]Action! 1.8 Audio Issue with Sony Vegas

Hi Mirillis team.

With Action! 1.6 I was able to load AVI file into Vegas 10. After updating to 1.8 Vegas 10 doesn't recognize audio track in AVI file. It says: Stream attributes could not be determined.

Please, fix it.

Otherwise Action! getting better and better.

Re: Action! 1.6.0

I was able to open AVI file recorded with Action! 1.6 in Vegas 10 and XviD4PSP 5. Great!

I was able to play this AVI file in player which is built into Action! and Media Player Classic.

Problem:
I was able to play this AVI file in in Splash PRO-EX 1.12.2 but without video, only audio.

Thanks Vivan!

Somehow FlipVertical() filter was not available from the drop down list, so I typed it manually like your image showed. It worked. Re-encoded to M2TS file with x.264. Looks great!
