are you recording your microphone audio to separate track? If so there is issue (bug) with Mirillis Action! that causes this. There is no fix on your end other than to remux the file into a different container. The solution must come from Mirillis team.

Old action Videos same config & setup do not have this issue. It was introduced in an update and never fixed.
