but I am experiencing frame drops by ~30-45fps when using intel quick sync but what I found out it has something to do with playing on 120/144hz screen(when I switch to 60hz no fps drop) Action will eat some of the overhead ... about 20-30 % and if your computer is 'only' fast enough to render 130 ...
it plays 20 seconds at 1 frame pr second
then at 20 seconds it plays random frames
then at 22 seconds it fast forward and starts playing normal
later on it chops up
