With Action 2.8.0 you can now indeed separate out game sound, mic and Discord/TS/Mumble into separate audio tracks. I've tested it and it works just fine for me. If anyone would like some screen shots / setup guide let me know and I can do that when I get back home from work.

Hey guys, any update on multi track recordings? ie. at least 3? Think you can see from this thread it's something people really would like to see implemented.

Ideally I'd wanna hear more than just "we're working on it". This has been requested for too long without any meaningful response. What we really need to know is when.

Would/is multi channel the thing where I can have it record the game audio in one track, skype audio in another track, and then my microphone on another track? Cause that would be awesome, and so much better for editing. Yep that's exactly what I'm talking about when I say multi channel. At present...

Ah ok, so the wait for multi channel is still ongoing. I see what you mean now, you can still only record 2 audio tracks not 3.

Any news on multi audio track recording, ie. more than 2 tracks?

I can't seem to see either of these that are listed in the change log:

Added 2 input devices recording (ex. 2 microphones at the same time)
Added mono system sound recording

Seen there is a new version of Action out, 2.2.0. I saw this line in the release notes:

Added 2 input devices recording (ex. 2 microphones at the same time)

Anyone know how this feature works? Can't seem to see any difference myself.
