Yes, in Action it's called "Timeshift" and it's in version 1.25.0 and newer. Though it uses GPU acceleration (Intel Quick Sync, AMD APP, NVidia NVENC etc.) and is "limited" to games mode.

Sorry for double posting but the problem has gotten even worse now. Action CRASHES during gameplay at completely random times whenever Timeshift is turned on. When this happens, my game alt-tabs automatically just to show me a message that says "Action! has stopped working"... this is very annoying ...

The problem has gotten worse though. Now every Timeshift recording is corrupted and i can't open any of them. This happens with EVERY 1.27.x version. Could this have something to do with the DX12 implementation?

I think u can request another version by emailing the support. But i've also heard that it's tied to an extended service from the store.

Unfortunately no, u have to use another recording software to get lossless quality. I can name a couple.

On PNG the colors are darkers and with jpg are brighter, but when I record on mp4 and AVI the colors aren't the reals, look at the photos. It's cuz codecs or smth? I can't say much about the pic formats bcs i have no idea what affects them on ur system. For the videos, if by "not real colors" u mea...

What format do u use for ur pics? If u want lossless, u might wanna use PNG. And even if u did use PNG, the result might not be as good as u'd hope. However, don't take my word for it, i'm no pic expert.

Also, videos recorded with Action are NOT lossless.
